You have decided that you want the benefits of Reiki but you don’t live near to me to visit? Or maybe you are unable to travel or leave your home. The answer – distance Reiki healing that is sent remotely. I can carry out a complete Reiki treatment on a specific person (or animal) at a distance, with the same effectiveness as if they were with me, receiving a hands-on treatment in person. How it Works Please email me --- sndrbkr88@googlemail.com Let me know who the session is for and send picture if at all possible. We can then sort a mutual time for the treatment to go ahead and I will send a invoice over for you to pay. At the time of your booking please make sure you are in a quiet place with phone switched off and where you won't get disturbed. Lie on your bed or sit in a chair and close your eyes. If you have any crystals these can be placed around you, we can chat via email which crystals could be good to work with during your treatment. During the distant reiki session you will experience the same sensations that you would experience as if you were coming to see me in person. You might see colours, you might feel warmth – or even cold – in different parts of your body. You might feel fine sensations of pins and needles. You will certainly feel very relaxed, and might even drop off to sleep. When the session is over, make sure you lie or sit where you’ve had the session for a further 10 minutes or so, at the end of the session. The Reiki energy stays in your body, doing its healing and relaxing work on you for up to about a week and a half after each session. I will then email / call you the following day to chat through what you experienced, its handy to have a notebook to write any experiences that e can chat though. And we can book a follow up session if required.​​
