Here are the most faq's i get but if you would like any help with anything at all please don't hesitate to ask.
Where are you based?
2 Livingstone Place, Maindee
I'm next door to Maindee fish and chip shop (opt Maindee library and police station) and upstairs above luv2giv events, you will see balloons in the window and we share the same entrance.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the full address with directions.
Parking?
Maindee is great for parking. There is an open car park less than 5 minute walk and there is also street parking behind the Esso garage.
Hereford street is 2 hour no return
Prince street and Manchester street are non residential so you can park there anytime and generally that's where I park all day.
Do you Massage Men?
Yes of course, most of my male clients are recommended by their partners but I'm also happy to see men who book and pay a deposit just like everyone else. Please bring along a pair of shorts to the appointment to get changed into before your treatment
How do I pay?
Its a £10 deposit to book your session and you pay the rest of the balance on the day. I prefer card payments but I also also accept cash.
How can I redeem a gift card?
To redeem a gift card enter the code at checkout.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and they cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Gift cards are valid for one-time use only, are non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. The same Cancellation Policy applies when booking a treatment with a gift card.
Is your treatment room accessible?
Unfortunately the treatment room is located on a first floor with no elevator so there are steps similar to a home staircase.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sometimes things happen and I appreciate that each situation is unique, but as a small business cancellations and reschedules affect the business greatly. Therefore, I ask that you give me as much notice as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment. Any refund issued for a cancelled appointment shall be in the same method that was used to pay. If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice from the time of the appointment, the deposit payment will transfer to the new appointment. If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed without 24 hours notice, the deposit payment is not eligible for a refund, and cannot be transferred to any future appointments.
For late arrivals, after 15 minutes, the appointment is considered missed / cancelled and you will forfeit any deposit payment.
